Dynamic Sections within the E-Alert Webforms
E-Alert webforms may contain a combination of static, configurable and dynamic sections. Dynamic sections serve to collect additional information and specific details relating to an E-Alert incident. These sections can be newly created by the administrator, or existing sections from your vSOC database can be added to the interface. Either way, the dynamic sections are highly customizable by the system administrator in the Admin Tool. This page will describe the Location section, which is the most common dynamic section the user will experience when submitting an E-Alert.
Location: The relevant input fields in the location section depend on which location the interface has been configured to on the Admin Tool. The elements and options within each location can also vary and be edited based what information the administrator requires from the user. Webforms can be configured to accommodate further location details such as address, city, state, and country. For illustrative purposes, the screenshot below shows an E-Alert interface with the location set as (Canada).
